Terms and Conditions — Syn Radiance

1. Agreement to Terms By booking a session or purchasing any product or service with Syn Radiance, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

2. Nature of Services All readings, mentorship sessions, and guidance offered by Syn Radiance are intended for informational and personal development purposes only. Syn does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. All insights provided are based on intuitive guidance and personal interpretation and should not be construed as a substitute for professional advice including medical, legal, or financial counsel.

3. Age Requirement Clients must be a minimum of 18 years old to book any session or purchase any service.

4. Confidentiality All information shared during sessions is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Syn will not discuss, share, or reference any client's personal information or experience with any third party under any circumstances, except where required by law.

Clients engaging in Private Mentorship will receive a formal discretion agreement as standard prior to commencing work together.

5. No Guarantees while Syn aims to provide meaningful and valuable guidance, no guarantees are made regarding the accuracy or relevance of information received during any session. In mediumship readings, Syn cannot guarantee which spirits will come forward — Spirit brings forward what is needed.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule their appointment with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. To reschedule or discuss your appointment please contact readingswithsyn@synradiance.com.

7. Payment Terms Full payment is required prior to booking to secure your appointment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Syn Radiance reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

8. Digital Products All digital products sold through Syn Radiance are non-refundable. By completing your purchase you confirm you understand and agree to this policy.

9. Private Mentorship Private Mentorship is offered by application only and is subject to availability. Acceptance is at Syn's sole discretion. All Private Mentorship engagements are governed by a separate discretion agreement which forms part of the overall terms of that service.

10. Recording of Sessions Clients are not permitted to record any session under any circumstances. This policy protects the privacy and integrity of the experience for all parties.

11. Limitation of Liability Syn Radiance shall not be held liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on information provided during any session or through any product or service. Clients are encouraged to use their own judgment when making life decisions.

12. Changes to Terms Syn Radiance reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page and take effect immediately.

13. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
